Students deliver their own presentations/review. Topics of the presentations are chosen beforehand and cover all the key topics of the course.

Lichens: thallus anatomy, thallus morphology, vegetative structures; sexual reproduction and vegetative propagation; ecophysiology of lichens; study of functional traits, methods for taxonomic recognition, models and methods for conservation and protection of lichen diversity, lichens as biomonitors: bioindication, bioaccumulation, climate change, secondary metabolites in lichens, Classification of lichens.
