Study plan

The English section is under construction. For any questions please write to: scuola(AT)scienze.unifi.it

The online study plan submission process will be accessible, for some Programs and Cohorts, at the following link: https://sol-portal.unifi.it/ls-3-studenti.html.

You cannot submit the online study plan if you are part of these categories:

  • you can NOT submit the online study plan if you intend to graduate by April 30th, 2024 (academic year 2022/2023)
  • courses or cohorts * for which online submission is not required for this Academic Year
  • course transition/transfer/career shortening
  • students with exams taken in Erasmus not validated with exams of their studies
  • already approved individual study plans (if you have submitted a paper study plan in the past)
  • graduating students who have already submitted a paper study plan.

* the Cohort is the set of students who have enrolled for the first time in a Program, identified by the academic year of enrollment.

You must have renewed enrollment for the current academic year to access the service (it means you must have paid the first tuition fee).

How and when the study plan may be submitted

The study plan, for the academic year 2023/2024, may be submitted:

NOTE: Online submission is possible upon regular payment of fees for AA 2023/2024.

The automatic approval plan does not require evaluation by the commission and it is approved by the student with the "final confirmation button. Instead, the standard plan requires evaluation and approval by the commission.

It is not possible to choose exams from courses of study with limited enrollment (except for biological sciences and biotechnology by requesting authorization).

If the submitted Study Plan is rejected by the committee, the student may complete a new one in the indicated time window.

This is not an alternative to the online-submitted one, but it is only reserved for students not eligible for online submission.

It will be possible to submit the paper study plan in the same period provided for the online submission through the following procedure:

  • ask for the paper form at scienze.pianidistudio(AT)unifi.it with your institutional email, indicating your enrollment number and your course of study
  • once filled out and scanned, upload it here https://forms.gle/1FzCrjtAN5Vb1MWY7.
